The Role: reputed company, Institutional Sales
We are seeking a seasoned Institutional Sales reputed company to join our growing Over-the-Counter (OTC) Sales & Trading team. This role will reputed company on spot, options, and derivatives trading for digital assets, catering to institutional clients such as hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices, asset managers, and high-net-worth individuals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in institutional sales and trading reputed company traditional finance (FX, equities, commodities, or fixed income) and/or digital assets, along with deep reputed company relationships and expertise in structuring OTC transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Institutional reputed company Acquisition & Relationship Management: reputed company and manage a book of institutional clients, driving OTC trading activity in spot, options, and derivatives.
• Sales & Execution: Originate and execute reputed company digital asset trades, providing pricing, market reputed company, and liquidity solutions.
• Market & Product Expertise: reputed company clients on digital asset market trends, risk management strategies, and reputed company solutions tailored to their needs.
• Strategic Business Development: Identify reputed company opportunities, build partnerships, and enhance reputed company’s OTC trading offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with trading, risk, compliance, and product teams to enhance trading solutions and reputed company experience.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Ensure reputed company trading activities reputed company with relevant global financial regulations and reputed company’s internal policies.
Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales and trading reputed company crypto, FX, equities, fixed income, commodities, or derivatives markets.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors such as hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, token projects, etc.
• Deep understanding of OTC trading mechanics, pricing models, risk management, and liquidity strategies in spot, options, and derivatives markets.
• Experience with digital assets and crypto market structure is highly preferred.
• Ability to structure reputed company transactions, including derivatives strategies, reputed company products, and options trading.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
