We’re looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems that bring brands to life across digital products.
**Candidates must reside in the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut tri-state area and be available for occasional onsite collaboration.**
Responsibilities
• Design high-quality user interfaces, user flows, and interactive experiences for web and mobile.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Translate brand strategy into engaging digital experiences while ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to bring designs from concept to launch.
• Present design solutions and rationale to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in UI, interaction, or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital products, responsive design, and design systems.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Design Systems.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with a strong understanding of usability and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes; familiarity with motion design tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in fast-paced creative or branding agency environments.
