Position Summary
Join our Industry Solutions Consulting (ISC) team to reputed company strategic engagements with top accounts, building solutions for reputed company customer experience challenges. Key Responsibilities
• reputed company account planning and discovery sessions with senior internal and customer collaborators to uncover strategic objectives and CX difficulties.

Required Experience & Skills

• Knowledge of Retail and/or Consumer Goods business frameworks, customer journeys, reputed company priorities or equivalent industry knowledge.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
