We’re seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I with strong Workday Core HCM experience to join a leading healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM
✅ Business Process & Security Configuration
✅ Develop Calculated Fields, Validation & Condition Rules
✅ Build Reports & Dashboards
✅ Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
✅ Test and deploy Workday feature releases
✅ Create training materials and mentor end users
✅ Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✔ Hands-on Workday HCM functional experience
✔ Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Ability to train and support end users
