We build their websites, run their SEO, and generate the leads that keep their crews busy.We’re hiring a Client Success Manager — the person who owns our client relationships so our clients stay happy, get results, and stay with us for years. You’ll work directly with me and our team. This is a long-term, permanent seat with real growth: as our client base grows, you’d be first in line to lead client success.Compensation: $1,600/month base + a monthly retention bonus of up to $200 + 10% commission on any upgrades you sell to existing clients. Realistic all-in: $1,700–$2,000/month. Paid twice monthly (1st and 15th).Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm US Eastern.
