This fully remote position requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of Reinsurance Accounting experience and involves responsibilities such as reviewing recoverables, preparing treaty accounts, and collaborating on financial transactions.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for reviewing facultative recoverable for timeliness and accuracyPreparation of complex treaty accounts and facultative collections for lossesReconciliationsHandle cash calls and communicate with multiple brokers and companiesOversee settlement and the collection of balancesPrepare required financial, regulatory and management reportsParticipate in process development and improvement projectsCollaborate with Management to confirm accuracy of financial transactionsParticipate and actively engage in the development of new reinsurance processes and systemsSkillsYou must have a minimum of 3 years of Reinsurance Accounting experience3-5 years of facultative reinsurance accounting experience, processing accounts rendering and settlements in the Property and Casualty lines of insuranceExperience with Treaty Processing and Accounts RenderingGood communication skillsOrganizational skills a mustGood analytical and PC skillsCandidates must reside in the 48 contiguous United States and will not require visa sponsorship, now or in the future to be considered for this positionDynamics GP experience strongly preferredCompany OverviewAt our core, we’re a team of specialist insurance experts who simplify and transform complex and speciality insurance operations.
