This role is designed for someone who combines a strong understanding of finance or accounting with hands-on expertise in analytics, automation, and data visualization, working directly with clients to improve how finance teams use data.ResponsibilitiesLead analytics and automation workstreams from requirements through implementationTranslate finance and operational data into clear commercial insightsBuild solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQLPartner with CFO, Controller, FP&A and cross-functional stakeholdersDesign dashboards, data models, workflows and reporting solutionsManage project scope, timelines, budgets and client communicationPresent complex findings clearly to non-technical audiencesSupport the development of internal tools, templates and team capabilitiesSkillsExperience in data analytics, finance transformation, accounting advisory or business intelligenceA finance, accounting, information systems or related analytical backgroundStrong client-facing and project-management capabilitiesAdvanced expertise in at least one of Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQLWorking knowledge of at least two additional analytics or data technologiesExperience solving finance, accounting, FP&A or reporting challengesThe ability to remain hands-on while managing projects and stakeholdersCPA, Alteryx, Microsoft, Tableau or other relevant certifications are advantageous but not essentialCompany OverviewNeos Talent is a specialist executive search and staffing partner to advisory, consulting, and transformation-led businesses across the UK and North America.
