BerryDunn is a client-centered professional services firm seeking a Digital Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager to support a California-based university client. This role involves providing project management, governance, and implementation oversight for an integrated enterprise technology ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesServe as an independent advisor and representative for a potential California-based university client, providing objective oversight across implementation phasesEstablish, operationalize, and manage structured governance forums, including Steering Committee, Change Control Board, and escalation pathwaysSupport successful implementation of integrated enterprise solutions supporting administrative, learning, registration, event management, and volunteer-related functions in alignment with approved organizational requirementsMaintain continuous alignment among business requirements, solution design, technical builds, testing, and production deploymentMaintain and monitor the Requirements Traceability Matrix from approved requirements through testing and deploymentEnforce formal validation that all ‘Must Have’ requirements are met, tested, and verified prior to deploymentManage scope baseline and change control processes, including review, approval, tracking, and documentation of approved requirement modificationsReview system integrator and product vendor deliverables for alignment with technical standards, quality expectations, contractual milestones, and approved requirementsDocument and escalate vendor delivery variances related to scope, schedule, or quality through established governance channelsTrack project health, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and corrective action plansFacilitate engagement of client leadership, product owners, information technology personnel, subject matter experts, product vendors, end users, and system integrator resourcesProactively identify and escalate resource constraints, decision delays, risks, and dependencies that may affect project momentumDefine, oversee, and validate User Acceptance Testing entry and exit criteria, defect identification and prioritization, and formal acceptance signoffsLead cutover and deployment planning, including readiness criteria, governance-based deployment approvals, and controlled go-live coordinationOversee post-go-live stabilization, including defect resolution timelines, system performance, user adoption, support transition, and stabilization success criteriaValidate knowledge transfer and operational readiness to confirm client IT and business teams are prepared to assume internal ownership of system operations, support processes, and documentationPrepare clear, timely, and actionable project communications, status reports, decision materials, and escalation documentationIn partnership with our internal team, respond to opportunities related to enterprise systems, implementation oversight, and project management office support;
