The Judge Group is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Consultant to execute and ensure the quality of email marketing campaigns across a portfolio of hotels. This role involves managing campaign quality assurance, approvals, and deployment while ensuring compliance with brand and CRM standards.ResponsibilitiesManage ticket intake and route requests to appropriate teams; support workflow improvementsReview campaigns for brand, content, legal compliance, and functionality (rendering, links, personalization)Coordinate approvals and execute campaign deployments with hotel and marketing teamsEnsure adherence to CRM governance, audience rules, and timelinesServe as a primary contact for hotels and Field Marketing; maintain stakeholder alignmentSkills2–4 years in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM campaignsExperience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpotStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsExperience in hospitality or multi-location organizationsFamiliarity with email marketing best practicesExperience with Braze, Sageflo Radiate, or similar toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsCompany OverviewResults through the Power of Experience.
