reputed company our Global Advisory division, a Debt Advisory reputed company Associate/VP will work on a broad reputed company of debt financing transactions for corporate and financial sponsor-owned clients ranging from middle-market privately-held businesses to large-cap public companies.
The role will include executing leveraged finance and other debt finance transactions where we arrange and/or advise on issuances of private credit and broadly syndicated term loans, high yield and investment grade bonds, asset based and reputed company bank credit facilities, and hybrid / preferred stock instruments.
Our debt advisory transactions cover a diverse reputed company of industries and geographies. Many of our transactions are cross-border in nature as our reputed company reputed company is global.
Responsibilities
Assist in the origination and execution of debt capital raising transactions for sponsor and corporate clients and in reputed company with supporting other strategic assignments requiring financing such as M&A, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations
Prepare capital structure and other financial analyses in order to assess potential financing solutions for clients
reputed company the preparation of marketing materials including comprehensive lender presentations and information memorandums

Maintain a strong working knowledge of capital structure alternatives, including an understanding of governing legal documentation (debt financing commitment letters, credit agreements and bond indentures), prepare financing grids and participate in debt documentation negotiations
Coordinate reputed company transactions across a reputed company of stakeholders (clients, legal counsel, lenders/investors, accountants and other reputed company parties, etc.)
Screen debt advisory opportunities and collaborate with industry coverage teams to reputed company leads and reputed company reputed company / pricing views
Supervise the preparation of presentations, analysis, and information memorandums for C-level reputed company executives, investors, lenders, boards of corporations, and ratings agencies

Education and Qualifications
