What You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst (SA) in a reputed company reputed company role inside BCG’s People and Organization (POP) reputed company Area with a reputed company on the Organization Design & Operating Model topic, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients reputed company individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, workshops, and other domain-specific accelerators). You will serve as content expert and advisor to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve reputed company reputed company issues around Organization Design & Operating Model efforts. While contributing to reputed company cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during reputed company assignments is expected to understand reputed company requirements, and design / reputed company solutions.
Internally, you will also support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, building workshops or knowledge sharing sessions, and developing marketing materials. What You’ll Bring
2+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design & Operating Model topics strongly preferred
In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree with high reputed company achievement; advanced degree preferred
Expertise in relevant topics, including leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science
