A Tiger Cub is building a more connected Atlanta through recurring experiences centered around food, creativity, culture, learning, movement, and service. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves meeting people and introducing them to communities they’ll love.
As our Community Growth Lead, your role is simple: help the right people discover A Tiger Cub and make sure every event is filled with curious, kind, community-minded people.
What You’ll Do
• Build relationships with local communities, organizations, creators, and businesses.
• Promote upcoming events through outreach, social media, and community groups.
• Attend networking events and represent A Tiger Cub around Atlanta.
• Connect one-on-one with potential members and invite them to events.
• Develop partnerships that help us reach new audiences.
• Brainstorm and test creative ways to grow our community.
• Help welcome new attendees and turn first-time guests into regular members.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Loves talking to people and building genuine relationships.
• Is outgoing, proactive, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Is passionate about bringing people together.
• Knows Atlanta’s community, creative, or cultural scene (or is excited to learn it).
• Enjoys trying new ideas and taking initiative.
