Marketing Specialist (English & German Speaking)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global leader in innovative agricultural solutions, looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join its European Marketing Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of marketing activities, including:
• Planning and organising trade shows, exhibitions and events across Europe
• Creating engaging content for digital marketing, communications and social media
• Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery
• Working closely with Product Managers, Sales Representatives and the wider European Marketing Team
• Supporting distributor marketing activities across multiple European markets
• Assisting with PR, media and advertising campaigns
• Carrying out competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and taking the initiative to drive new marketing activities
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• A marketing qualification with 1-2 years’ experience (or 3+ years’ experience without a qualification)
• Experience planning and coordinating trade shows and events
• Experience managing social media and creating engaging marketing content
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, campaign analytics and marketing automation
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
• Creative, organised and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across international teams
• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about agriculture and livestock

• Base salary of up to £40,000 DOE
