This role is responsible for servicing and managing a book of personal insurance clients while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage a book of Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance business, including auto, homeowners, and related coveragesProcess new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites accurately and within required timeframesTrack policy expirations and work proactively to ensure timely renewalsGather and analyze underwriting information, including applications, questionnaires, and loss runsPrepare complete and accurate submissions, including ACORD applications and supplemental formsMarket accounts to carriers, perform online rating as needed, and assist with coverage comparisonsBind coverage and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and applicable regulationsReview issued policies for accuracy and request corrections when necessaryServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented serviceBuild strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team membersMaintain accurate documentation and activity notes in the agency management systemStay current on personal lines products, carrier guidelines, and industry trendsPerform other duties as assignedSkillsActive Property & Casualty insurance license (required)High school diploma or GED required2–5 years of personal lines insurance experience preferredAdditional insurance education or designations a plusBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with employer matchShort-Term Disability (employer paid)Long-Term Disability (employer paid)Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramGenerous PTO PolicyTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramGrowth and advancement opportunitiesCompany OverviewWe are one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies within the top 100 brokers in the United States.
