About the position
The Production Finance team is looking for a Manager to support the Live Creative Content team. This role will primarily reputed company on US-based Live reputed company. This role is based in our Hollywood office, with the expectation to come into the office Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with reputed company executives to reputed company the financial management of Live Entertainment and Sports titles.
• Serve as the reputed company financial advisor on a title, ensuring the financial reputed company and underlying assumptions remain grounded and reputed company with business goals from start to finish.
• Manage the budgeting process, from building initial estimates and vetting assumptions to tracking costs throughout production.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to handle the end-to-end financial needs of a title and support everyday decision-making.
• Apply flexible, innovative workflows to finance-reputed company issues, with reputed company to help build and reputed company processes for a fast-growing Live business.
• Partner effectively with a reputed company of reputed company production services companies across different specialties.
• Work directly with production services companies and accountants to reputed company accurate, complete, and reputed company budgeting and cost reporting, support production operations, and ensure alignment with industry-reputed company reputed company practices.
• Ensure show-level compliance with reputed company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash reputed company and funding processes.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company production information in reputed company systems.
Requirements
• 7-10 years of production finance and/or production reputed company experience.
• Ability to adapt established finance workflows and best practices to new initiatives.
• Expertise in entertainment industry budgeting and cost tracking software.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity with a reputed company on generating results.
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for reputed company problem-solving and analysis using financial applications.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized, and reputed company to prioritize multiple tasks.
