Salary: Realistic OTE £60,000 – £80,000+ (Uncapped) – Lots of leads provided

Working Hours:

Desired Experience:
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS) preferred
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Experience advising on residential mortgages is essential
• Experience across buy-to-let, commercial finance or specialist lending would be advantageous but not essential
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and client-focused approach
• Ambitious with a desire to maximise earnings
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Provide professional mortgage advice across a wide range of lending solutions
• Manage enquiries generated through the firm’s extensive referral network
• Advise clients on residential, buy-to-let, commercial and specialist mortgage products
• Build long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers
• Convert high-quality enquiries into completed mortgage business
• Refer protection opportunities to the specialist protection team and earn referral income
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations
• Continue developing professional relationships that contribute to the firm’s long-term success
