A large company is looking for an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead its finance team. In this role, you will manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning.
You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to support business growth, improve financial performance, and help the company achieve its long-term goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning teams
• Create and manage financial plans that support business growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance
• Work with company leaders to support important business decisions
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial risks, and company investments
• Present financial reports and business updates to senior leadership and the Board
• Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Requirements
• 8+ years of finance leadership experience
• Experience managing finance teams in growing or large organizations
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance
• Experience presenting financial reports to senior executives and Board members
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Base Salary: $370,000 – $400,000 (based on experience)
