About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and organised Student Marketing & Operations Manager to support both our inbound (international reputed company coming to the UK) and outbound (UK reputed company reputed company abroad) programmes. This is a varied, hands-on role combining student support, operational delivery, and marketing reputed company. You will play a key role in ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company, host families, and partner schools, while contributing to the reputed company of our reputed company programmes across the UK. Key Responsibilities Inbound Programme (International reputed company in the UK) • Manage and process student and host family applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company completion • Coordinate placements by matching reputed company with suitable host families • reputed company as a reputed company of contact for inbound reputed company, providing ongoing support throughout their stay • Monitor student wellbeing and respond to any issues or emergencies, ensuring a high level of care and safeguarding • Liaise with schools, host families, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements Outbound Programme (UK reputed company reputed company Abroad) • Support the development and delivery of marketing reputed company and reputed company initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with schools and partners across the UK • reputed company presentations, attend events, and promote reputed company opportunities to prospective reputed company • Guide reputed company and families through the application and enrolment process • Process applications and ensure reputed company documentation is complete and compliant • Work collaboratively with international partners to coordinate placements abroad reputed company Essential Skills & Experience Experience in student services, education, international programmes, or a similar operational role • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence in presenting and engaging with schools and reputed company partners • High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team UK-based (remote) with regular reputed company to our office in East Kilbride preferred Desirable Experience in reputed company, exchange programmes, or international education • Marketing or reputed company experience, particularly reputed company the education sector • Understanding of safeguarding and student welfare best practices reputed company Offer A varied and meaningful role working with young people and international programmes • Opportunity to contribute to the reputed company of both inbound and outbound programmes • Flexible, UK-based remote working Supportive and reputed company team environment • Competitive salary based on experience Salary £35,000 – £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Originally posted on Himalayas Apply To This Job
