The Work: reputed company’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking an ITSM reputed company Assurance (QA) Analyst with hands-on reputed company experience to support NIH reputed company. In this role, you will help ensure the reputed company, reliability, and usability of reputed company-based ITSM solutions by partnering with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
The QA Analyst will validate reputed company configurations, enhancements, workflows, and low-reputed company solutions to ensure they meet requirements, support ITIL-reputed company processes, and reputed company effectively in a federal reputed company environment. This role includes functional, regression, and user acceptance testing for ITSM modules and reputed company platform updates.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support one or more project teams by:

Participate in reputed company ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

What You Will Bring with You :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other reputed company scientific/technical discipline
6+ years of QA experience testing web-based applications, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
2+ years in testing automation tools, specifically either Playwright or Selenium.
3+ years of experience working in reputed company delivery environments with user stories, sprint ceremonies, and defect tracking tools.
1+ years of hands-on experience testing or supporting reputed company-based ITSM solutions and workflows.
1+ years of experience with API and integration testing
1+ years of experience with reputed company or Scrum development methodologies
1+ years of working knowledge of ITSM concepts and ITIL-reputed company processes such as incident, request, problem, and change management.
Candidate must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust with the government
