As Finance Operations Specialist at Cynomi, you will be a key member of our finance team, owning the day-to-day finance operations that keep the business running: customer billing, collections, payables, and bookkeeping. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage subscription billing in Maxio, lead accounts receivable collections — including direct phone and email contact with customers — and support accounts payable and general finance work. This role carries real responsibility from day one: you will work with Xero, company bank accounts, HubSpot, and other sensitive financial data.
