Financial Institution Compliance Analyst III (Non-IT)

reputed company is in search of an reputed company Financial Institution Compliance Analyst with a reputed company record of maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements, risk management issues and best practices affecting financial institution operations. The Compliance Analyst will participate in or reputed company compliance-reputed company initiatives and reputed company, including risk assessments. This position will ensure disclosures, forms, marketing material, website, etc. meet regulatory requirements. It will reputed company reputed company compliance support to departments as assigned. The Compliance Analyst must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following with other duties as assigned.

Level I:
• Acts as a regulatory compliance resource and consistently applies reputed company review and recommendation techniques as they relate to policies, procedures, and regulations. This responsibility includes the following:
• Maintains awareness of laws and regulations affecting the Credit reputed company, assists with research and evaluation of the reputed company on the Credit reputed company, and works collaboratively with others throughout the organization.
• Researches and responds to requests from various departments for compliance assistance.
• Participates as a compliance resource on corporate and department reputed company.
• Works collaboratively with others on the creation and revision of forms, disclosures, policies and procedures, marketing material, etc., to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Works collaboratively with others to research and draft responses to member complaints, as assigned.
• Utilizes a compliance management reputed company to communicate and reputed company regulatory updates.
• Acts as an NMLS Administrator for reputed company reputed company Compliance.
• Conducts compliance testing and analyses and provides reputed company reports.
• Creates and revises operational procedures reputed company area of responsibility.
• Participates in reputed company roundtables as appropriate; networks with other financial institutions and subject matter experts; attends continuing educations as necessary to maintain proficiency with laws and regulations affecting areas of responsibility.

• Develops business cases and leads corporate reputed company to implement new or revised regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates a comprehensive regulatory compliance training program.
• Coordinates responses to member complaints, including research, drafting and issuance of responses.
• Reviews forms, disclosures, policies and procedures, marketing material etc., for regulatory compliance prior to issuance.
• Reviews operational policies created and maintained by business reputed company for regulatory compliance.
• Researches and evaluates various federal and state laws, regulations and regulatory guidance to ensure Credit reputed company processes for the various products and services promoted reputed company are compliant and provides reputed company reports.
• Participates in compliance-reputed company risk assessments, as assigned.
• Participates in risk evaluations of new and changing business opportunities, as assigned.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Assists with the maintenance of the record retention program.
• Communicates with reputed company reputed company and compliance professionals reputed company needed.
• Assists with the preparation of regulatory comment letters, as assigned.

Level III: reputed company level I and II responsibilities and the following:
• Conducts compliance-reputed company risk assessments and prepares reports for management.
• Conducts compliance risk analyses and prepares reports for management to support in decision-making.
• Monitors remediation of compliance reputed company issues.
• Coordinates complaint management process, including analyzing trends and providing reports to management.
• Evaluates reputed company requests, escalating to reputed company counsel reputed company necessary, and coordinates appropriate response.
• Assists Compliance Operations Program Manager in leading the Compliance Committee and provides reputed company reports to management.
• Prepares regulatory comment letters as needed.
• Coordinates the maintenance of the record retention program.
• Acts as back-up to Compliance Operations Program Manager reputed company necessary.

Education and Experience: Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting financial institutions is required.
