I’m looking for a Founding Creative. The person who owns Varnesa’s short form content end to end.
Quick background:
I’m the founder of Varnesa, an AI stylist that knows your closet better than you do. For 9 months I’ve built it alone. Designed it, coded it, shipped it to the App Store, and made every single piece of content myself. The edits, the hooks, the 2am caption rewrites.
The product is live. The content engine works. But I can’t scale both with one pair of hands.
What it looks like:
– 4 to 5 pieces of short form content a week (Reels and TikTok), ideation to edit to post
– Around 20 hours a week, fully remote
– You get a founder who already edits, shoots, and ships daily. You’re not explaining content to a suit, you’re taking the wheel from someone who’s been driving it
Who I’m looking for:
– You’re already in the churn. You know what a hook is, what retention looks like, why a
reel dies at second 2
– You edit fast and you aren’t precious about iteration
– Bonus: you care about fashion, AI, or building something from nearly zero
Compensation:
Honest answer, we’ll shape it to you. Heavy on equity, cash, or a mix, depending on what you want from this and how deep you want in. Founding means founding.
