This remote contract position involves managing end-to-end billing processes, handling accounts receivable activities, and collaborating with various departments to reputed company billing issues.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end billing for subscription and multi-product accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and reputed company issue reputed company
• Handle AR activities including cash application, collections, rebates, discounts, and customer payment portals
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, Finance, and Operations to reputed company billing issues and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support month-end reputed company through reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and audit documentation
• Improve billing processes and controls while managing customer inquiries, supporting cash forecasting, and maintaining process documentation
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, business, or a reputed company field
