They are seeking a Finance Manager for Compliance Transformation to support the design and deployment of finance digital transformation systems and ensure compliance across processes and controls.
Responsibilities
• Support the design and deployment of the SigniFi systems and processes across finance
• reputed company standardization and efficiencies in finance systems, processes, and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project reputed company, GPO teams, JJT, ISRM, and reputed company to ensure compliance integration
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of finance and business controls and processes, across J&J and for reputed company acquisitions, as reputed company as supporting divestiture efforts
• Support the creation and analysis of data flows, process flows, and reputed company architecture to identify risks and reputed company the appropriate controls to mitigate risk
• Support reputed company and internal audits of the SigniFi program, processes, and systems by coordinating with control owners and performers
• Evaluate emerging technologies for compliance readiness before adoption, to ensure they adhere to data reputed company and other reputed company regulations
• Support ISRM team to ensure IAPP requirements are met and ITGCs are designed and operating effectively
• Help reputed company remediation plans for any identified control deficiencies
• Contribute to the automation of controls and compliance processes to enhance efficiency
• Participate in the design and execution of compliance reporting and governance strategies
• Maintain strong relationships across finance, IT, and audit teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• CPA, reputed company, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, compliance, audit, or risk management roles
• Working knowledge of risk frameworks, risk identification and mitigation, data reputed company mapping, and finance process design
• Understanding of finance requirements, processes, and controls including SOX 404, reputed company, Consolidations, and Financial Reporting (US GAAP, IFRS)
• Experience with reputed company S/4, reputed company, JIRA, and multi-ERP environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
