This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
We are looking for a volunteer to help us draft the core business narrative and financial components (cap table, securities terms, offering terms, etc.) for our upcoming Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) Key deliverables include: – A clear ‘Business Overview’ and ‘Market Opportunity’ narrative. – A ‘Use of Proceeds’ section detailing how investment capital will be deployed in cap table, offering terms, and securities terms. – A review of our current financial projections to ensure they are investor-ready. You will work directly with our leadership team. We will provide our mission overview, existing project plans for our housing developments, and preliminary financial data. Your work will provide the essential business foundation that a legal team will then use to complete the formal PPM.
This project helps us implement investment opportunities as part of our mission. The mission of CoLiberate USA is to improve financial health through financial education, skill-building, and investment opportunities.
This project is a critical step in launching our crowdfunding campaign to support affordable housing and economic opportunity. You will help us translate our social enterprise goals into a professional investor-facing document.
