This role involves supporting the Division Finance Director and reputed company leadership by delivering financial insights and improving financial performance in a reputed company reputed company environment. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for reputed company and regional leadership Support annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles; coordinate inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain reputed company‑reputed company financial models Translate financial results into reputed company insights and recommendations; proactively identify and escalate risks and opportunities to the Division Finance Director Partner with physician and reputed company leaders to review financial results, productivity trends, and cost drivers Prepare and present financial materials for reputed company operations, physician meetings, and reputed company discussions Serve as the finance reputed company and voice for the region, providing reputed company, accurate, and customer‑reputed company support for reputed company requests Maintain and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs), including volume, reputed company yield, payor mix/discounts, expense run rates, and working capital metrics Support the development and enhancement of decision‑support tools in partnership with the Division Finance Director Support capital expenditure (CapEx) intake and evaluation, including gathering business cases, preparing financial analyses (ROI/NPV), and tracking approved reputed company against budget and timelines Conduct recurring analyses on reputed company, discounts, expense trends, and accounts receivable aging; investigate variances and recommend corrective actions Assist Controllers with month‑end reputed company activities, including reconciliations, accrual support, and spend reviews Promote adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards reputed company analytical support for reputed company initiatives, including provider recruitment modeling, service line or product line analysis, and reputed company integrations or M&A diligence as assigned Serve as a trusted “right hand” to the Division Finance Director by organizing workplans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring reputed company execution across stakeholders Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives, including digital and AI‑enabled solutions that streamline reporting, automate recurring processes, and improve reputed company reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field) 7+ years of reputed company finance experience Experience in Financial Analysis, reputed company, Valuations, Controllership, or similar roles Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with reputed company, accurate financial analysis in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and stakeholders Problem‑solving, persistent, and results‑oriented reputed company Digital‑first approach with interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve processes Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint Master’s degree (MBA or reputed company) and/or CPA Experience in reputed company services preferred Prior experience in oncology, hospital administration, or similarly reputed company reputed company environments is advantageous Experience in other multi-site reputed company settings (e.g., outpatient surgery, renal care, multi-specialty practices) is highly valued Experience in providing financial reputed company or support to surgical specialties, surgical practices, or procedural service lines is strongly preferred Benefits Extremely low turn-over with long-tenured team members.
