The Financial Clearance Representative is responsible for ensuring accounts are financially cleared prior to service, which includes interviewing patients and gathering necessary demographic and reputed company information. Provides information for follow up and referral to the Benefit Advisor as appropriate. Initiates payment plans and obtains payment. Incorporates reputed company of service (POS) collection processes into daily functions Collects CPT and ICD-10 codes.
