We’re looking for a finance executive who has already sat in the seat when the stakes were high — partnering with a CEO, Board and private equity sponsor while helping a SaaS business navigate growth, transformation and a significant strategic transaction.
Seneca Creek Executive Search is conducting a highly confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer for a U.S.-based, private equity-backed B2B SaaS technology company.
The ideal CFO is equal parts financial strategist, operator and transaction leader.
Someone who can operate comfortably in the Board room — and still knows how to get under the hood of the business.
WHAT WILL GET OUR ATTENTION
✓ Current or former CFO / senior finance executive in B2B SaaS or software
✓ Meaningful private equity-backed operating experience
✓ Personally participated in at least one successful acquisition, recapitalization or company exit
✓ Direct experience partnering with CEOs, Boards and PE sponsors
✓ Strong command of SaaS economics, recurring revenue, forecasting, FP&A and operating metrics
✓ Experience with QoE, due diligence, transaction preparation and financial modeling
✓ A hands-on operating mentality — not simply financial oversight
