Junior Project Manager (Marketing Support)

KOTA is looking for a highly organised, proactive Digital Project Manager to help keep both our client support systems and internal operations running smoothly.

This is a hybrid role sitting somewhere between project management, support operations and studio coordination. You’ll be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks whether that’s a support request, an internal bug report, a CMS fix, or coordinating launch tasks across the team.

You’ll work closely with our PMs, developers, designers and leadership team across a wide range of digital projects for ambitious brands.

What you’ll be doing

Client Support
• Managing incoming support requests via HelpScout
• Triaging and assigning tickets internally
• Coordinating responses with designers, developers and PMs
• Helping improve support workflows and processes
• Handling light CMS updates and content changes across WordPress and Shopify websites
• Supporting project launches and post-launch tasks

Internal Operations
• Managing internal bug reports, downtime notifications and team requests
• Helping coordinate internal resources and priorities
• Supporting communication across Slack, Notion and other internal tools
• Keeping operational systems organised and up to date
• Assisting with internal documentation and process improvements

Marketing & Admin Support
• Supporting KOTA marketing initiatives
• Supporting website content updates and publishing
• Assisting with reporting, setup tasks and general studio operations

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is extremely organised and detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Thrives in fast-moving agency environments
• Is proactive and solutions-focused
• Can confidently juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Is comfortable speaking with both clients and internal teams
• Has experience with digital projects and websites
• Understands WordPress (required) and Shopify (a plus) CMS platforms
• Has experience using tools like Slack, Notion, HelpScout, BugHerd or similar
• Enjoys improving systems and making operations smoother

Bonus points if you have experience with:
• Website launches and QA processes
• GEO / SEO or analytics setup
• Copywriting
• Ai tools
