Required Skills & Experience
-7-10 years of working experience with 1-3 years of recent FDE or similar skillset.
-Experience with spec driven development in the past and have some interface work in the UI/UX type field within Java/Python etc…
-Excellent interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with clients
– Prior experience in software development, consulting, solutions engineering, or backend development
-Strong coding abilities, experience with software deployment, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and production-grade systems
-Strong Understanding of how technology aligns with business goals, including security, compliance, and operational constraints
-Willing to work remotely but on EST hours
-Able to pass a public trust and wait 2-4 weeks to on board while that is in process.
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for multiple Forward Deploy Engineers (FDE’s) to support our government contracting client to enhance their Cloud Solution Services contract to new heights.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Initial evaluation and proof-of-concept
-Customer-specific design and customization
Implementation into production
-Performance testing and optimization
-Continuous feedback to product and engineering teams
In essence, you will turn complex technology into meaningful, measurable outcomes by working closely with customers, ensuring that software not only functions but delivers real business impact.
