Title: Palo Alto XSIAM SME

Location: Remote (ONLY W2)
Job Description:
The practitioner is expected to support SOC operations, enhance playbooks and detection engineering, help accelerate investigations and analyst efficiency, and assist with PANW alliance initiatives that bolster campaigns around SOC (Cortex Cloud and XSIAM) and increase client engagement.
Responsibilities
• Supporting SOC operations (24×7 MSS + IR)
• Enhancing playbooks, detection engineering, dashboards, reporting
• Helping accelerate investigations and analyst efficiency
• Helping with PANW alliance initiatives that would further bolster its campaigns around SOC (Cortex Cloud and XSIAM) and increase client engagement
• Delivering accelerators around XSOAR/XSIAM including, but not limited to, playbooks and runbooks that would increase velocity to deployment in customer’s environments
• Creating slideware that articulates these accelerators and is attached to Client overall POV with “next gen SOC”
Upon approval of funding, the Client team will create a list of measurable technical deliverables that will cover down on each of the above bullet points.
The alliance expects the following artifacts to be delivered throughout the duration of the funding engagement:
• Accelerators around XSOAR/XSIAM including, but not limited to, playbooks and runbooks that would increase velocity to deployment in customer’s environments
• Slideware that articulates these accelerators and is attached to Client overall POV with “next gen SOC”
