Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking an Associate Manager, Marketing Campaigns to support workforce-focused initiatives within the reputed company. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of reputed company initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach integrated marketing campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis
• Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across earned, owned, paid, and PSA
• Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking to optimize message reach
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach
• Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
• Supervise communications specialists and provide guidance across research, creative, and media activities
• Contribute to regular campaign performance reporting and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns (5MM+), communications and partnership and outreach programs
• Experience conducting or applying market research and translating insights into actionable campaign strategies and plans
• Experience leading and managing integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid
• Experience overseeing advertising placement or media coordination
• Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with industry stakeholders or partners in support of government
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting workforce development or employee-focused programs
• Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams
• Experience developing campaign reports and presenting findings to clients
• Experience supporting reputed company or other federal agencies is a plus
