The position focuses on leading full stack application development, architecting scalable AWS serverless solutions, mentoring development teams, and integrating AI-based applications into production systems.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using React and Node.Js
• Architect and build scalable, serverless solutions on AWS
• Guide and mentor development teams as a Tech Lead, driving best practices and technical decisions
• Integrate and work with AI-based applications and platforms, including ChatGPT, AI Agents, reputed company, and AWS Bedrock
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while working remotely across the California Time Zone
Skills
• Remote (Must be willing to work in California Time Zone)
• 12+ Years (Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack Developer and Lead)
• Strong hands-on experience building responsive, component-based front-end applications, including state management, hooks, and performance optimization
• Solid backend development experience, building and maintaining RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and server-side logic
• Practical experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, model integration, and building LLM-powered applications
• Deep expertise in AWS serverless architecture including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, S3, and related services for building scalable, cost-efficient cloud-native applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams building AI-driven applications, with direct experience integrating tools/platforms such as ChatGPT, AI Agents, reputed company (Claude), and AWS Bedrock into production systems
