The Pension Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of defined benefit retirement programs, guiding process improvements, and ensuring quality performance while managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee team members who are responsible for the administration of Defined Benefits plans and provide performance feedback to your team and offer guidance on development plans
• Monitor all service level requirements and implement plans for improvement where needed
• Lead client service reviews to discuss performance and upcoming projects
• Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
• Conduct regular reviews of client financial performance, including monitoring of profitability
• Identify and implement out-of-scope revenue opportunities
• Align or optimize team resources to support client deliverables
• Serve as point of contact for escalations
Skills
• 5-7 years defined benefit related work experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Client management experience
• People management experience
• BA/BS degree preferred

• The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,000 to $148,000.
