Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi‑year technology strategy and roadmap that delivers a true “360‑degree view” of arenaflex’s clients and prospects across sales, service, and marketing domains.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into concrete technology solutions, ensuring alignment with revenue, service delivery, and financial objectives.
• Solution Design & Prototyping: Lead rapid prototyping initiatives, crafting proof‑of‑concepts that demonstrate the value of new arenaflex‑based capabilities and accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging trends in the arenaflex ecosystem and related platforms, continuously evaluating new features, tools, and best practices.
• Architecture Governance: Ensure all solutions are flexible, scalable, secure, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations. Validate implementation reputed company across diverse development teams.
• Cross‑Team Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, preparing detailed solution briefs for Scrum teams and executive sponsors.
• Center‑of‑Excellence Collaboration: Leverage expertise from arenaflex’s Data, Cloud, and other COEs to embed shared capabilities and accelerate delivery.
• Leadership Modeling: Serve as a role model for architectural excellence, mentoring peers, and championing a culture of high‑performance delivery.
Essential Qualifications
• 8+ years of proven experience leading technology delivery for complex, B2B‑focused enterprises, preferably subscription‑based models.
• Deep expertise in one or more arenaflex product suites (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and a track record of delivering large‑scale implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams on design, build, and deployment of arenaflex technologies, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Platform Events, and security models.
• Strong background in custom web application development using arenaflex runtime, arenaflex UI framework, and arenaflex cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience integrating arenaflex with external systems for transactional and analytical purposes, including managed and unmanaged package strategies.
• Solid understanding of sales, service delivery, and financial processes within enterprise environments.
• Experience driving “build vs. buy” assessments and making data‑driven technology investment decisions.
• Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments, including coordination of globally distributed teams (e.g., teams in India).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Advanced certifications in arenaflex platforms or related cloud technologies.
• Experience with data‑centric architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and real‑time streaming pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and micro‑services design.
