Who are we ?
We are a fresh thinking, young and exciting, tech-driven health and safety consultancy…. We know what you’re thinking, health and safety and exciting don’t mix – with us they do!
We are anything but stereotypical, we speak to our customers in a way they can understand, and we help them stay compliant without making them fall asleep. We’ve won awards 8 or 9 years running for our customer service – something we’re very proud of. We work very hard and are professional, but we know how to have fun too. Our journey has been amazing so far, but it is just beginning, we have big plans to grow, to help more customers, to add more services, we are looking for like-minded people to join us on this journey.
Who are you-
You’re…
-A ‘bit different’, you think outside of the box and aren’t set in your ways.
-Hard working but still enjoy light-hearted ‘banter’ (there’s plenty of it in our office).
-Perhaps working in compliance or admin background; or you might be making coffees at Starbucks, it doesn’t matter if your personality matches our environment.
-A problem solver and can quickly adapt to change.
-Passionate, doesn’t matter if that passion is for stamps or for fast cars, something gets you excited and motivated.
-Confident on the phone and have good grammar.
-Competent using – Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF editors.
-Hard working – wait, didn’t we already say that?!
*You don’t need to have health and safety experience, would be great if you did, but full training will be provided to the right person.
What’s your new role?
You will be at the heart of helping our clients – providing an awesome, honest and trustworthy service we can all be proud of. The role will develop, as the company continues to grow so being able to adapt to change is essential. We know where we are going, how we get there will likely change – the journey will be exciting and rewarding.
In the role you’ll liaise with a diverse selection of clients from a wide range of sectors within the SME market, it will include:
• Speaking with our customers via phone and email, understanding and helping them with their health and safety needs/requirements.
• Document management and quality control.
• Understanding and using our safety software. You will use it every day, you’ll also help our customers use it too.
• Understanding a range of different industries and what is classed as compliant according to the job they do.
• Creating health and safety policies, risk assessments, answering questionnaires, providing H&S advice (don’t worry, we’ll give you all the help and support for you to understand everything we do).
• There may be a slight element of sales, you’ll discuss our services and what we can offer our customers. But we are not a hard sell company, we inform our customers of what we do and let them make their own mind up. You will not have any sales targets.
• Working in a fast pace setting, we respond to our customers very quickly and can often be switching between numerous tasks and requests at once. It can sometimes be intense but also very satisfying.
• Having some good old proper fun, laughing hard, working hard but enjoying your job whilst doing it!
