Role Summary
As arenaflex expands its footprint in the healthcare technology landscape, we’re seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Enterprise and Strategic Sales organization to design, execute, and measure customer‑centric marketing initiatives that showcase the transformative impact of arenaflex solutions. Key Responsibilities

Co‑Marketing Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with key customers to co‑create marketing campaigns that highlight their success stories, aligning with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and PR teams.

Campaign Development & Execution: Design bespoke, multi‑channel marketing programs that demonstrate how arenaflex customers are transforming patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement processes.

Product & Solution Enablement: Partner with Sales to develop a cadence of communications that keeps existing customers informed about new products, feature releases, and evolving value propositions.
•
Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with Customer Success to surface new customer marketing opportunities, ensuring that every success story is captured and leveraged.

Strategic Alignment: Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure customer marketing initiatives reinforce arenaflex’s overall brand strategy and business objectives.

Project Management: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of co‑marketing activities, from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations with meticulous attention to detail.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing programs, using data to refine tactics and demonstrate ROI to leadership.

Essential Qualifications
