We are looking for a Total Rewards Benefits Analyst to join our team and help deliver seamless benefits administration, exceptional employee support, and a best-in-class total rewards experience across the U.S. and Canada.
Your New Role
As the Total Rewards Benefits Analyst, you will support the daily administration of employee benefit and leave programs across the U.S. and Canada. You will serve as a key resource for employees, manage benefit and leave processes, partner with payroll and external vendors, and ensure accurate data management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supporting enrollments, life events, leave administration, 401(k) processes, reporting, audits, open enrollment activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Need to Succeed
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or a related HR discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and other applicable benefits regulations.
• Experience supporting benefits and leave programs for a multi-state workforce of 1,000+ employees.
• Experience with UKG, ADP, or a similar HRIS platform.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with an employee-focused approach and the ability to partner effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• CEBS, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, or a similar certification (preferred, not required)
