Role Overview
As a Collections & Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline advocate for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy, clarity, and a focus on constructive resolution. Your responsibilities will span proactive collections, personalized financial guidance, and meticulous case documentation—all while upholding arenaflex’s high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactive Collections Management: Initiate and manage collection activities across phone, email, and digital chat channels, ensuring timely follow‑ups and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Customer‑Centric Support: Deliver respectful, clear communication to clients, addressing inquiries about payment plans, due dates, and financial obligations with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Financial Guidance & Education: Assist customers in understanding their credit status, promoting responsible financial behavior, and aligning their actions with arenaflex’s policies.
• Case Documentation: Record every interaction in our CRM and ticketing systems, maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date case files for seamless hand‑offs and audit readiness.
• Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to refine collection strategies and improve customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, propose process enhancements, and contribute to the development of best practices in collections and customer service.
Essential Qualifications
• Graduate from one of the following Venezuelan universities: Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Universidad Metropolitana, or Universidad Monteávila.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law (preferred).
• Valid copy of your university degree must be submitted as part of the application.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and reputed company).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Basic understanding of reputed company credit and financial products.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a proven track record of achieving win‑win outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and ticketing or case‑tracking tools.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, data analysis).
