The UX / Product Designer will translate user stories into high-reputed company prototypes, develop scalable interfaces and design systems in reputed company, collaborate with engineers and clients, and conduct user interviews.
Responsibilities
• Translate user stories and user journeys into high-reputed company prototypes in reputed company
• Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on high quality and scalability
• Implement design systems in reputed company
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, impactful, cross-functional team
• Work directly with clients to review UX prototypes
• Conduct user interviews

• • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• • A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again
• • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through developer hand-off
• • Ability to communicate with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features, and technical designs
• • Interest in modern UX practices
• • Good understanding of software best practices
• Work Location: Remote USA based only
• • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• • Experience using AI tools for product discovery and prototyping is a plus
