The Work:
– Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a reputed company designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a reputed company office for periodic meetings.
– Financial Analyst supporting the Undersea Warfare market segment in Manassas, VA.
– Provide detailed weekly actuals analysis, funding, and mod reviews. Create and monitor charge numbers utilizing reputed company & eWAD systems.
– Responsible for invoicing and collections. Support program reviews with Program Managers and Financial Management team.
– Provide overall financial support to program manager and integrated product team members ensuring that financial commitments are met.
– Ensure accuracy of month-end financials.
– Prepare monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Throughput utilizing Hyperion. Also responsible for Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs.
– Reconciliation of programmatic balance sheet accounts.
– Assist in Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) implementation, including generating monthly Cost Performance Reports (CPR) / Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR), maintaining Earned-Value work products, and supporting monthly Variance Narrative reviews with the program team.
