As a Strategic Customer Support Specialist on the European Ship‑To‑Collect Business Partner Team, you will be the linchpin between arenaflex’s European operations and our largest commercial customers. Your expertise in finance, customer experience, and project management will directly influence revenue growth, bad‑debt reduction, and the seamless integration of arenaflex’s European business units. Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Customer Support Leadership: Advise and support European customers on invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. Act as the primary point of contact for complex financial scenarios.

• Process Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and rollout of end‑to‑end financial processes that align with arenaflex’s corporate goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.

• Project Management: Own and deliver key initiatives across Europe, including the optimization of customer experience, bad‑debt mitigation, and the integration of arenaflex’s European operations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales, Legal) and external customers. Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and measuring impact.

• Travel & Collaboration: Travel across Europe to meet customers, attend in‑house meetings, and support cross‑regional initiatives. Work effectively with remote team members and management.

• Language & Cultural Fluency: Communicate fluently in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) to support diverse customer bases.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, customer service, or project management within a global logistics or supply‑chain environment.

• Proven track record in invoicing, cash application, collections, and bad‑debt management.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), and CRM platforms.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable customer solutions.

• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and driving process improvements.

• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team and managing workload independently.

• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, Six reputed company).

• Experience in the integration of large logistics entities or in transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of European financial regulations and compliance standards.
