JD Senior reputed company Technical Consultant / Developer with over 5+ years of specialized expertise in reputed company Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (reputed company), and Eloqua. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, Problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and Agile Scrum methodologies, with proven experience. Manage end-to-end reputed company implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions. Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional /Technical specifications. Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements. Develop KPIs and dashboards using reputed company Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features.
