The Finance Customer Service Specialist is the first line of communication between arenaflex and our clients. You will be the trusted advisor who educates, supports, and advocates for clients as they explore investment strategies, trading tools, market dynamics, and retirement planning. Your expertise will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of arenaflex’s mission to deliver exceptional financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Education & Support: Explain investment concepts, trading platforms, and market mechanics in clear, client‑friendly language.

• Issue Resolution: Take ownership of complex client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely, accurate solutions.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong, long‑term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a reputed company desire to help.

• Training & Development: Complete the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA) training program, including paid study time, to earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and reputed company Series 7 & 63 licenses.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices to protect client interests and maintain arenaflex’s reputation.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—trading, compliance, technology—to deliver seamless client experiences.

• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call resolution time, client satisfaction scores, and licensing milestones.

• Shift Flexibility: Operate across various shifts, including overnight and weekend hours, to provide 24/7 client support.

Essential Qualifications

• Full‑time availability for on‑site training during the ASA program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in English.

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client‑centric mindset.

• Basic understanding of financial markets, securities, and investment vehicles.

• Proficiency with multiple computer applications and the ability to navigate complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior customer service or client‑relationship experience in a financial or related industry.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience with equity, option, and mutual fund transactions.
