Role Description
The MSP Online Letter Writer SME will help implement ICE MSP.
•
Assist with the following:
•
Templates for all required letters to go out for each scenario that are FNMA-compliant.
•
Examples include:
•
DELQ – Payment reminder notice
•
BRP (mapped as much as possible)
•
Acknowledgment of receipt
•
Decision letter
•
Escrow Analysis – overage less than $50, overage $50 or more, shortage, and deficiency.
•
Mapping of the templates with data that would come from ICE MSP, whether the letter is done via MSP OLLW or Lanvera.
•
Set up to identify any triggers for the appropriate letters to generate in a timely manner.
•
Compliance review to ensure the letters are generated in a timely manner, the information in the letters is accurate per regulation requirements, and the letters are sent out based on either reporting for OLLW or Lanvera sending it out.
•
All letters must be imaged in our current imaging system as well, Synergy.
