We are looking for a contract iOS developer to build a native iPhone app based on an existing web application.
Scope:
– iOS app (Swift or SwiftUI preferred)
– Consume existing backend APIs
– Recreate existing web UX in native iOS patterns
– Authentication, basic navigation, and core workflows
– App Store–ready build
Requirements:
– Strong Swift / SwiftUI experience
– Prior App Store submissions
– Experience integrating REST APIs
– Ability to work from existing web app as reference
Nice to have:
– Experience converting web apps to native
– Familiarity with Flask / Python backends
– Clean architecture and maintainable code
This is not an exploratory role. We want execution. We have the app running as a web-app right on GCP app engine. Backend is mostly on firebase and python. We need to make an iphone app that has a similar interface and downloadable from app store.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
