Agency Club is a UK business run by Sam Darby. We run Local Ads Lab (a community for people starting Meta ads agencies), the Accelerator (a programme for agency owners with clients), and a YouTube channel. The whole business runs on AI and automation.
About the role
Sam builds tools fast: a reporting dashboard, an AI ad creative system, a booking funnel, lead follow-up bots, a client management system and our internal team app. Most of them work on Sam’s laptop. Your job is to finish them so members can use them without help, and then to be the first person members talk to when they get stuck.
This is two jobs in one: building and support. If you only want one of those, this role isn’t for you.
What you’ll do
• Take half-finished AI tools and automations and make them reliable, tested and ready for members to use
• Write a short how-to guide for everything you ship
• Monitor our automations (Make, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Meta) and fix problems the same day
• Set up GoHighLevel accounts, workflows and calendars, and Meta ad campaigns and lead tracking
• Build and install lead follow-up systems (booking bots and AI callers)
• Handle member support in our Skool community every day, covering GoHighLevel, Meta ads and our own tools
• Keep member and payment records accurate and chase failed payments
• Onboard new Accelerator members within 24 hours and follow up inbound leads the same day
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience that you have built something with AI that other people actually use, and you can show it
• You can pick up someone else’s messy code and understand it before changing it
• You can explain technical problems simply to non-technical people
• Clear, friendly written English, even when a customer is frustrated
• You’re honest when you don’t know something and work out how to find the answer

Claude Code, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Make, APIs and webhooks, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Skool, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom
No experience needed in
GoHighLevel, Meta ads, booking bots or AI callers. We’ll teach you. If you can build, you’ll pick these up quickly.
This role isn’t for you if
• You want to code all day and never talk to customers
• You need a detailed brief before starting anything
• You prefer starting new projects to finishing existing ones
