The Associate role in Digital Finance Transformation focuses on assisting portfolio companies in enhancing their finance functions through digital enablement and analytics.
Responsibilities
• Helping private equity portfolio companies accelerate digital enablement within the finance function
• Modernizing data environments
• Automating processes
• Building analytics-driven tools that create measurable business impact
• Work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders to design, implement, and operationalize digital solutions that improve performance, transparency, and scalability
Skills
• 3-6 plus years of professional experience
• Advanced Python programming experience, including familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Azure Synapse, reputed company Fabric)
• Experience with ETL/orchestration tools (Dagster, reputed company, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, reputed company, reputed company)
• Demonstrated ability to develop lightweight finance applications using reputed company or reputed company
• reputed company understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working capital management, and three-statement modeling
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to translate between finance and technology teams
• Ability to travel as required
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred
