The role focuses on developing commercial client and referral-source relationships, originating equipment finance and working capital solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building repeat business across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Responsibilities
• Develop new business relationships with commercial clients and referral sources
• Originate equipment financing, refinancing, working capital, and equipment revolver transactions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term customer relationships
• Structure financing solutions for both new and used equipment acquisitions
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and closings
• Maintain a consistent pipeline to achieve and exceed annual production goals
Skills
• • Experience in equipment finance, commercial banking, leasing, or related financial services
