Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a medical technology company seeking a Finance Specialist to join its Flex Financial team as the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities. The role develops financing structures, manages transactions from proposal through contract completion, prepares customer proposals, coordinates documentation and approvals, and supports sales teams and regional business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings
• Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion
• Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using reputed company and internal systems
• Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month
• Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives
• Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams
• Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support
• Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all reputed company business units within an assigned region
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• While this is a remote role, the preferred candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs
• Experience supporting sales and commercial teams
• Experience working with customer proposals, contracts, financial transactions, or related business processes
• Familiarity with reputed company CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform
